It is a team-building game. Working in small teams of three to six players, participants track down the answers to tricky questions, dig up local trivia, and complete creative photo and video missions. Using our scavenger hunt app, teams are able to view missions and submit challenges. Key features include a live game feed, team leaderboards and host interaction through witty comments and bonus points.

At Urban Capers we believe a true adventure is a blend of social connection, discovery, and above all, having fun!

We work with you to determine the best game option, location, duration, meeting place, and finish line for your game.

You can designate teams yourself, or we can make them for you by randomizing your player list.

We create and share a customized invitation containing all event details, which you then forward to all players.

The invitation includes download instructions, game and team codes, meeting time and place, what to bring, what to wear and anything else your group needs to be prepared for the day.

Our hosts greet players and help them get into their teams.

They lead an orientation, going over the rules of play, how to get bonus points, how to lose points, and how to win!

Once all teams are signed in and ready to play, the host activates the game, sending all missions to players’ phones.

Teams take off, track down clues, solve questions, and complete creative challenges by submitting their text, photo and video answers right in the app.

Submissions are marked live as teams vie for the highest score.

Teams have one "phone-a-friend" lifeline during their hunt by calling the provided host helpline number.

Hosts remain in the play area throughout the hunt. At the finish line, the hosts give shoutouts noting teams’ outstanding submissions so everyone can celebrate and join in the grand finale fun.

Finally, the hosts award the winners the much-coveted Golden Magnifying Glass (and bragging rights!) then conclude the game.

At the end of one of our scavenger hunts, players will be energized, smiling, and full of adrenaline. They usually spend a few minutes laughing and going over the other teams’ creative entries. You have the choice of ending the experience here, or heading to a nearby restaurant for dinner or drinks — people have a lot to talk about! Let us know in advance, and our hosts will either walk them to your chosen location, announce post-hunt plans, or let you take the stage.

Yes! All photos and videos generated during your hunt are downloaded into a Google Folder which is then shared with you. You can then share these to social media, enjoy them with colleagues or simply save them as a keepsake.

Groups will experience the orientation and conclusion all together. Groups may be subdivided into smaller sections if the hunt location requires it. If a group is subdivided then the orientations and conclusions will occur simultaneously.

During the hunt, players will disperse with their teammates to choose their own route; teams may pass each other during the live game. We recommend 4 - 6 players per team and these are arranged in advance of the scavenger hunt.

Step 1:
Fill out the contact form with the details of your group: hunt choice, event date, event time, group size, event reason (if any), and any other details you can provide.

Step 2:
Our event planners will reach out to answer your questions and help plan the event.

Step 3:
A 50% deposit is required to complete your booking, at which point our event planners will begin building your scavenger hunt and working with you to ensure a fantastic event.

Step 4:
