GreekTown on the Danforth BIA and Urban Capers invite you to discover the Danforth like never before!
April 18, 19, and 20, 2025
Orientation daily at 10am at Alexander the Great Parkette

GreekTown on the Danforth and BIA invite you to a FREE creative community scavenger hunt.
It will run for three days, on April 18, April 19, and April 20. You can come to one day or all three days. Orientation is each day at 10am at the Alexander the Great Parkette (Danforth and Logan). Urban Capers hosts will help you get logged into the game, and provide an orientation: how to play, how to gain points, how to lose points, and how to win! Then, you and your team are set free to track down GreekTown locations, complete creative missions, and upload text answers, photo submissions, and video submissions - all for points.
You don’t have to register for this event, but you must find and log in to the game in the Goosechase Mobile App.
This hunt is a product of Urban Capers Scavenger Hunts, and any questions relating to the product, location, etc. should be directed to Urban Capers at info@urbancapers.com. We’re happy to help!

You can join and play anytime the game is live, for however long or short you’d like!
There will be an orientation each day at 10:00am with Urban Capers’ hosts at the Alexander the Great Parkette. Hosts will then be available until 6:00pm daily.
Although our hosts are only present from 10am to 6pm each day, players can still participate (completing challenges, earning points!) after hours Friday night and Saturday night.
The hunt takes place along:
DANFORTH between Hampton Ave and Dewhurst Blvd, and
PAPE between Gertrude Place and Hazelwood Avenue.
Orientation happens once per day (10am) at Alexander the Great Parkette at Danforth and Logan. Orientation is optional. If you follow the instructions her on this FAQ page, you can participate without the orientation.
This experience occurs along the sidewalks and inside buildings along Danforth Ave and Pape Ave. Every team picks and chooses which missions to complete. Many destination missions and creative missions are accessible although some may be located inside businesses and restaurants that have steps and/ or narrow door frames. By providing hundreds of options for each team to choose from we aim to provide a customized, accessible experience for everyone.
Please note Chester, Pape, and Donlands Stations are accessible.
It is important to note that the game requires at least one player per team to read the mission prompts through the mobile app.
Transit: The closest subway stops are Chester Station, Pape Station, and Donlands Station. All are accessible. Call the Lift Line Service before you travel, 416-539-LIFT (5438) for accessibility alerts. The orientation takes place at Alexander the Great Parkette at Danforth and Logan.
Parking: Take transit.
If you must drive, there are several Green P lots along the Danforth, but street parking is extremely limited.
